Conformis Names Tecomet Exec Mike Fillion as COO

Conformis has appointed Michael Fillion as its chief operating officer (COO).

Mike brings to this role 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operations with a strong focus in precision metal products, medical devices, continuous improvement, and strategic business planning,” said Mark Augusti, Conformis president and CEO told the press. “I look forward to the contributions he will make as a member of the Conformis team.”
 
Before joining Conformis, Fillion was medical device contact manufacturing firm Tecomet’s executive VP of global operations. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at The Weir Group, Precision Castparts Corp., Firth Rixson, and Federal Signal Corp.
